Ashville Kiwanis

President's Message

     I am excited and honored to be the Ashville Kiwanis President.  Kiwanis has in one way or another been a part of my life for many years.  When I was young, I attended Kiwanis conventions with my parents.  In high school, I was a Key Club officer, Key Club president, and I went to Key Club conventions.  Now, I have the privilege of serving as the Kiwanis Club president.

      Kiwanis has impacted my life.  It has given me an opportunity not everyone is fortunate enough to have.  I have been blessed to be able to watch the children’s faces light up as they collect candy at the annual Easter egg hunt. I have listened to the beautiful voices of the seniors at the Louise Terrace Christmas party and spring cookout.  Those are two of the many things the Ashville Kiwanis Club does to show their compassion for and interest in the Ashville community.

      The Ashville Kiwanis Club is an excellent organization to be a part of and we would like to extend an invitation to anyone who is interested in being a member.  Any Teays Valley School District resident is welcome to join.
